Not all women underwear has to be racy.

Sometimes the sexiest women underwear is the basic pair of cotton panties a woman wears with an oversized shirt (preferably her husband’s or boyfriend’s button-down business shirt). Not all lingerie has to be silky, frilly, lacy, or racy, because nothing can get a guy’s pulse pumping like the sight of his favorite female at her most basic – messy hair, just washed face, and simple cotton women underwear.

Lines like Jockey underwear and Calvin Klein underwear have made veritable fortunes marketing just this aspect of women underwear, but nobody seems to be arguing with them. Sure, Calvin Klein underwear ads feature near-anorexic models lounging about in tank tops and underwear, but ask any new dad when his wife is sexiest and he’ll probably tell you that it’s when she’s outfitted in the same ensemble and feeding his new baby son or daughter. It may be the simple fact that women don’t necessarily feel their sexiest at those times, but they’re at their most comfortable.

Comfort typically equates to confidence in many areas, and this holds true in women underwear. Calvin Klein underwear and Jockey underwear make women feel comfortable and more at ease with themselves, so the resulting confidence is visible and apparent to those around them. While silky lingerie sets complete with accessories and platform shoes are nice, they require work. And really, after piling her hair 2’ off her scalp, slathering on make-up, and tottering into the bedroom on Lucite shoes with paper-thin negligee, how comfortable can anyone expect a woman to be?

Basic cotton women underwear suggests innocence, wholesomeness, and simplicity. Men don’t revel in complexity when it comes to attraction, they want simplicity. If you can find and hold onto that simplicity when it comes to women underwear, you’ll be as happy as they are.
